Steel frames, one at a time.

A one-person workshop in Girona building lugged and fillet-brazed steel bicycle frames to your measurements. Around twenty frames a year, each one ridden before it leaves.

The workshop

A frame should disappear under you. That takes measuring twice, brazing slowly, and saying no to most of the trends.

Nave 4, Girona

A small shed behind the old tannery, with a jig, a torch and a view of the hills.

Every frame is mitred by hand, brazed in one sitting and left to cool overnight before it is checked on the alignment table. Paint is done in the same building by a friend who has sprayed frames for thirty years.

Book a fit

Two hours on the fit bike, then seven months of waiting. Worth it.

Fittings happen in the workshop on Saturdays. Bring your current bike and your cycling shoes. A €300 deposit holds your place in the queue and comes off the frame.
